Robert Lloyd is responsible for overseeing all of Cisco System's operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Specifically, Mr. Lloyd's remit comprises overall leadership for EMEA sales, marketing, systems engineering and support. He is also responsible for Cisco's investment in strategic alliances, joint ventures and acquisitions throughout the region.

Senior Vice President, Oracle EMEA
Juan F. Rada is Senior Vice President of Oracle Industries, responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Dr. Rada studied economics and sociology at the Universidad Catolica de Chile, followed by studies at the University of London, where he obtained his PhD.
He joined Oracle Corporation as Vice-president for Public Services, for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in June 1998. Since June 1999, his responsibilities include all Service Industries for EMEA.
He was a member of the Advisory Council for AT&T Europe, Middle East & Africa, and was a member of the European Commission Information Technology Review Board. He is Chairman of the Lombard Odier & Cie (one of Geneva’s main private banks) Infology Fund Advisory Board. He is also a member of the IUCN (World Conservation Union) Council.
He has published several books and numerous articles, translated into different languages.

Vice President, Sun Microsystems EMEE
As Vice President of Sun Microsystems' EMEA region, Elie Simon is responsible for the management and strategic focus of the business across Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role, Mr. Simon is responsible for approximately 30% of Sun's global revenue.
Mr. Simon took over the role of VP for EMEA in July 2002. Prior to this he was the Vice President of Sun's SEAME (Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, responsible for all international field operations the region.
During his 15-year career at Sun, Mr. Simon has successfully grown Sun's presence in the European and African region, as well as holding a number of other senior management roles in Sales, Marketing and Management positions, including Managing Director of the Mediterranean region.
