WHAT IS A ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENT?
If you are a Symposium/ITxpo delegate who has paid for their attendance in full, and are from a company who is a client of Gartner, you are exclusively entitled to participate in a thirty (30) minute session with a Gartner analyst of your choice. You may address specific issues within the analyst's area of expertise or ask questions related to the analyst's presentation.
You may schedule one (1) One-on-One appointment per analyst, with a maximum of five (5) One-on-One appointments during the course of Symposium/ITxpo 2003. (NB: One-on-One appointments will not be available on Sunday 9 March 2003).
We are no longer taking pre-registrations for One-on-Ones. Please stop by our One-on-One Booking Desk in the Fortezza da Basso when you arrive onsite.
BOOKING ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS ON SITE
To make appointments for Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 March 2003, please contact the One-on-One Booking Desk in the Fortezza da Basso when you arrive onsite.
All requests for One-on-Ones will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note:
- You must be registered and paid in full for Symposium/ITxpo before we can process your One-on-One request(s).
- You must be a paying attendee from a Gartner client company. Exhibiting companies are not automatically entitled to One-on-One Appointments.
- Your pre-booked One-on-One appointment is not automatically confirmed. We will contact you by Wednesday 5 March 2003.
- One-on-One appointments at Symposium/ITxpo 2003 are NOT available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts.
- Clients interested in briefing analysts need to send an email to emea.vendorbriefings@gartner.com for more information.
