We are pleased to offer paid delegates access to private half-hour meetings with our analysts onsite at the conference. One-on-One meetings provide the opportunity to follow up on specific conference presentations and to get detailed answers to your unique IT issues.
The onsite One-on-One booking desk opens at 8:00 Tuesday, 11 November. Meetings are booked on a ‘first-come, first-served basis’. We cannot guarantee that your preferred date and time will be available. Times and topics to be discussed are subject to analyst availability. Attendees can schedule half-hour One-on-One meetings at the Gartner One-on-One booking desk located on the ITxpo Showfloor.
We are no longer taking pre-registrations for One-on-Ones. Please stop by our One-on-One Booking Desk in the Palais des Festivals when you arrive onsite.
If you would like to change or cancel your meeting, please contact the One-on-One team onsite at the event.

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

One-on-One Meetings are available exclusively to paid, registered delegates. Due to the high demand for these meetings, Gartner clients may reserve up to three (3) One-on-One Meetings during Symposium/ITxpo, each with a different analyst or consultant. Non-clients are entitled to one (1) One-on-One Meeting with an analyst accompanied by a Gartner account representative.
PLEASE NOTE: A maximum of three delegates can attend each meeting. One-on-One Meetings are not available for vendor briefings or education sessions with analysts.
