WHAT IS A ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENT?
One-on-One appointments are private half-hour (30 minutes) meetings with our expert IT analysts where you set the agenda and ask the questions. As a Symposium delegate we would encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to meet with a Gartner analyst and address your companies specific issues which fall within the analyst's area of expertise or ask questions related to the analyst's presentation.
To make appointments for Wednesday 5, Thursday 6 and Friday 7 November, please contact the One-on-One Registration Desk on site in the Palais des Festivals. Your One-on-One appointment will only be confirmed onsite at the One-on-One Registration desk for the above days.
We are no longer taking pre-registrations for One-on-Ones. Please stop by our One-on-One Booking Desk in the Palais des Festivals when you arrive onsite.
All requests for One-on-Ones will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note:
- You must be registered for the symposium before we can process your One-on-One request(s).
- You must be a paying attendee from a Gartner client company. Exhibiting companies are not automatically entitled to One-on-One Appointments.
- Your pre booked One-on-One appointment is not automatically confirmed. We will send a confirmation to you by 28 October 2003 either via email or fax.
- One-on-One appointments at Symposium/ITxpo 2002 are NOT available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. Clients interested in briefing analysts need to send an email to emea.vendorbriefings@gartner.com for more information.

WHO IS ENTITLED TO ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS?

If you are a Symposium/ITxpo delegate who has paid for their attendance in full, and are from a company who is a client of Gartner, you are exclusively entitled to participate in a thirty (30) minute session with a Gartner analyst of your choice. You may address specific issues within the analyst's area of expertise or ask questions related to the analyst's presentation.
You may schedule one (1) One-on-One appointment per analyst, with a maximum of five (5) One-on-One appointments during the course of Symposium/ITxpo 2003. One-on-One appointments will not be available on Monday 3 November 2003.
